Role Description The Construction Manager role at Milenium Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN. The Construction Manager oversees trenchless construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role includes monitoring field operations, enforcing safety protocols, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The Construction Manager will track project progress, prepare status reports, address issues that arise on site, and collaborate with leadership and clients to maintain clear communication. The position also involves participating in daily safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety and accountability across all project activities.

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage on-site operations effectively.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and Project Control skills to plan costs, track expenditures, manage schedules, and keep projects on time and within budget.
- Candidates should possess Construction and Construction Safety expertise to interpret plans, oversee trenchless construction activities, and enforce safety standards and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in utility or trenchless construction.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems on site and collaborate with clients, teams, and leadership.
- Experience with fiber installation, underground utilities, or trenchless methods is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in using project management software, basic office applications, and digital reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on active construction sites in varying weather conditions.
