This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys being in the field and going to new places each day, and is passionate about coaching and developing others!Location: Tulsa, OKPay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience to include shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses; employee referral bonusesBenefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401(k), paid-time-off, career advancement opportunities, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, annual uniform allowance, etcDays and Hours: Varied to include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends based on when blood drives are scheduledPrimary Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and support team members in a collaborative environmentAdheres to and/or perform all duties in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)Perform phlebotomy, take vital signs, and assess donor eligibilityHelp create a positive, welcoming donor experienceQualifications:Must have a high school diploma or GEDAt least 2 years of proven leadership experienceHealthcare or medical experience is requiredPhlebotomy experience preferredMust be able to work a varied schedule to include early morning, late evenings and weekendsMust be willing to drive coach vehiclesMust be able to provide MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violationsStrong communication and customer service skillsMust be able to lift, bend and reach up to 40 lbs
