Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hr based on experience, full-time

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is looking for an Activities Director who brings energy into the building every day. You'll plan and run the programs that give our residents something to look forward to, from games and music to outings and holidays.

What you'll do:

- Plan the monthly activities calendar and lead group and one-on-one programs

- Get to know each resident's interests and build activities around them

- Complete activity assessments and care plan input with the care team

- Lead and schedule the activities assistant

- Organize outings, holiday events, and volunteer and community visits

- Keep participation records and documentation up to date

What you need:

- Experience planning activities, recreation, or programs for groups

- Organized, upbeat, and comfortable leading a room

- Long-term care experience a plus
