Reporting to the managing partner, attorneys will manage personal injury matters, handle routine hearings, lead cases independently, and contribute to a collaborative legal team. This role offers continuing legal education opportunities and a potential partnership pathway.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pleadings and other legal documents for personal injury matters.
- Represent clients in court, including routine hearings.
- Advise clients throughout the legal process.
- Draft legal correspondence, motions, and related documents.
- Manage matters and lead cases independently.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated case management skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of legal practice experience.
