The Security Guard will support event security operations by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring assigned areas, responding to alarms, and helping ensure a safe environment for attendees, staff, and visitors. The role requires sound judgment during emergencies, effective de-escalation skills, and incident-based contact with law enforcement when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patrol operations throughout event areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security concerns.
- Follow established emergency procedures.
- Use de-escalation techniques to address conflicts and disruptive behavior.
- Maintain incident-based contact with law enforcement as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
