Elevate Care Providers is hiring a dependable LPN or RN for a pediatric private duty nursing case in the St Louis area.

This is a one-on-one home care position providing skilled nursing care for a 4-year-old male.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

3PM to 11PM

Approximately 40 hours per week

Pay

40 to 42 per hour

Care needs include

Oxygen administration

Oxygen saturation monitoring

GJ tube enteral feedings

GJ tube medication administration and care

CPT vest treatments

Assistance with activities of daily living

Ongoing assessment and documentation

We are looking for a nurse who is dependable compassionate and comfortable providing one on one care in the home.

Requirements

Current Missouri LPN or RN license

Current CPR or BLS certification

Reliable transportation

Dependable attendance

Pediatric private duty nursing or home care experience preferred

Experience with GJ tube care and respiratory care preferred
