The Production Assistant is an entry-level position supporting our Technician team on water damage, mold, and biohazard restoration jobs across the DC Metro area. Working under the direct supervision of a Technician or Lead, the Production Assistant learns the fundamentals of restoration while contributing to active job sites and learning the skills to become a Technician once training is completed.

PAY & JOB TYPE

Hourly Full-Time MondayFriday, Weekends as needed, On-call rotation

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation to the main office (Alexandria, VA)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist Technicians with equipment setup, placement, and monitoring on active job sites

Support demolition, debris removal, and structural drying tasks as directed

Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout all phases

Follow all instructions from the supervising Technician or Lead Technician

Communicate clearly with team members and maintain a professional presence with customers
