We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper/Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our properties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Cleanliness: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas.
Groundskeeping: Ensure the exterior areas, such as lawns, gardens, walkways, and parking lots, are well-kept, litter-free, and aesthetically pleasing.
Trash Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from common areas, ensuring proper waste management practices.
Minor Repairs: Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and addressing basic plumbing and electrical issues.
Assist Residents: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing residents' requests and concerns.
Report Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the property management team for timely resolution.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance roles is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Skills: Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with residents and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
