- Accurately record all financial transactions in accounting systems; prepare and maintain balance sheets, and process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes, supporting strategic planning.
- Analyze manufacturing cost data and provide clear, actionable variance reports to leadership.
- Maintain robust internal controls around inventory; lead monthly cycle counts and full physical inventory counts as needed.
- Act as a strategic partner to facility leadership and a liaison between operations, finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Interpret and manage key financial ratios to support business health and performance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including detailed income statement and balance sheet reviews.
- Support and contribute to the forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Conduct financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements.
- Apply a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree + MBA or CPA preferred
- Very knowledgeable in accounting principles
- Audit Experience
