Your responsibilities will include:Grooming and prepping athletic fields for games and tournamentsMowing, trimming, seeding, and aerating turf areasMaintaining park restrooms, pavilions, and playgrounds for public safetyAssisting with irrigation, minor construction projects, and playground inspectionsOperating equipment such as mowers, backhoes, dump trucks, and skid steersSupporting special events, festivals, and snow removal operationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED1–3 years of experience in groundskeeping, parks maintenance, landscaping, or similar workValid Class A CDL (or ability to obtain one) – Paid CDL Training Program availablePositive attitude, teamwork spirit, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and in various weather conditionsExperience in turf management for athletic fields or golf courses is a plusPossession of or ability to readily obtain a valid Class A CDL driver's license issued by the State of Missouri for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.Why You'll Love This JobWork outdoors in one of Missouri's premier park systemsMake a visible difference in your community every dayGain hands-on experience with a variety of equipment and projectsBe part of a supportive team that values hard work and community prideEnjoy excellent benefits and opportunities for advancementApply Today!Make a difference where you live.
