Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mow/ weed eat around perimeter
- Spray bugs
- Clean gasoline/ diesel pumps regularly
- Replace hose/handles on pumps when needed
- Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather
- Ability to plow snow and shovel snow
- Repair issues that arise inside the store/diner
- Daily cleaning of the parking lot to include around the fuel pumps
- Routine cleaning of fuel pumps, trash cans, sidewalks
- Must have basic handyman/carpentry skills
- Must have basic knowledge of vehicles: add fluids, change fluids, maintain air pressure in tires,
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE SNOW PLOWING EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in maintenance is required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Ability to work as a team player
- Must have a valid State Driver's License
- Must wear proper attire- work boots, pants, Hi Vis shirt, vest, sweatshirt or coat.
