We are recruiting a Diesel Mechanic in Blytheville, AR to join one of the largest equipment rental providers in the world. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing hydraulics and electrical components inside manufacturing plants and in-shop heavy equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and is motivated to grow into higher-level technician roles while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform field maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy rental equipment (including ultra booms and diesel engines) at customer industrial and job sites.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems efficiently on customer and rental fleet equipment.
- Interact directly with customers on-site, demonstrating equipment functionality and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Conduct daily service site visits with minimal overnight travel, returning home daily.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and electrical (H&E) systems on heavy equipment or machinery.
- Proven working experience to hit the ground running (training is provided to bridge skill gaps, but foundational mechanical experience is required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in heavy industrial environments (e.g., steel mills, equipment dealerships such as John Deere, or equipment rental service) is highly preferred.
