Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and collaboratively identify tailored treatment strategies.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and activities that help clients process their trauma and cultivate effective coping mechanisms.
- Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, integrated care for our patients, ensuring that all aspects of their well-being are addressed.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing your training to stabilize individuals in distress.
- Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, empowering them with the knowledge and resources necessary for recovery.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
- A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience working with trauma-focused therapies.
- Deep knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based trauma-informed treatment modalities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a nurturing and non-judgmental approach to care.
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a comfort level with telehealth technology.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
