As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional, personalized buying experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Hospitality or Customer Service required.
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Maryland driver's license and a good driving record.
Compensation: The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 /year.
