Career Strategies is looking for experienced Leasing Agents in the Colorado Springs area!

Temporary

Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration and documentation
• Process rental applications and screen prospective tenants
• Conduct property tours to showcase available units
• Handle payment processing for rent and fees
• Maintain accurate and organized leasing records
• Provide responsive and professional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in leasing or property management
• Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
