Job Summary
We are seeking a Coordinador de Servicio for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical services industry. This role is ideal for an organized customer service professional who enjoys coordinating service requests, supporting technical teams, and helping customers receive timely, accurate solutions.
The Coordinador de Servicio will serve as a key point of contact for service requests related to biomedical equipment, refrigeration, patient care, and specialty services. This position offers a structured, collaborative environment where communication, follow-up, and attention to detail are essential to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and coordinate customer service requests through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communication channels.
- Assign and schedule technician and specialist services based on customer location, contracts, technician availability, training requirements, and service needs.
- Maintain accurate service requests, customer interactions, equipment details, quotes, backorders, and case assignments in CRM and ERP systems.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, equipment pickups, transfers, relocations, installations, and follow-up service activities.
- Track backorders, coordinate with Purchasing and external vendors, obtain quotations, and support service fulfillment through completion.
- Prepare and process invoices for services, parts, products, workshop work, refrigeration, specialists, and patient care services.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $13.50 per hour.
