Tired of the OTR grind? CDL-A Home Daily Runs Open in Minot!

Published: 6/14/2022

Job Description

Hey Minot drivers! I'm a recruiter here at Truckers New Lane, and I'm looking for folks who want to keep their wheels turning close to home. Let's be honest: OTR isn't for everyone, and if you're living in Minot, ND, you probably want to actually spend your evenings here instead of a truck stop five states away. We have fantastic full-time, Home Daily driving positions ready for the right people.

At Truckers New Lane, we do things a bit differently. We aren't just trying to slot you into any open cab for a paycheck. Our mission is to connect drivers to opportunities matching their lifestyle, career goals, and home-time needs. We invite you to share your experience and what you are looking for in your next driving gig, and let us do the heavy lifting to find that perfect fit.

Depending on your experience, the annual pay range for these local spots goes from $52,000 - $110,000. Plus, the carriers we work with in the Minot, ND area offer some top-tier perks to keep you happy on and off the clock. We're talking: comprehensive benefits packages, 401(k) programs (available with many carriers), and paid time off & performance incentives (offered by many carriers). You'll also get to operate late-model equipment and tap into dedicated & local driving opportunities with real career growth opportunities.

Here is what you need to bring to the table:

- A valid Class CDL-A

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen

We love experience, so drivers with 3+ months of experience are encouraged to apply! But don't count yourself out if you're just starting—new CDL-A graduates are welcome here too.

Just a quick recruiter-to-driver note on how the hiring works: compensation varies by carrier, location, driving experience, endorsements, and position. Pay ranges are estimates only and subject to change. Final pay, benefits, hiring requirements, and employment decisions are determined solely by the hiring carrier, not Truckers New Lane.

If you're ready to secure a great local run right here in Minot, ND, let's talk! Let me know what you need out of your next job, and let's get you off the road and back home every single night.
