Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
- Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
- Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Basic cash handling and POS experience is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
