About the Role:
Nothing Bundt Cakes in New Hartford, NY is looking for a dedicated Cake Pan Washer to join our team! (We will have an opening beginning August 17th 2026 with approximately 25-30 hours per week M-F 8am-1pm.) This behind-the-scenes role is essential to keeping our bakery running smoothly and our delicious cakes coming out perfectly every time. Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize bundt cake pans and baking equipment to food safety standards
- Inspect pans for damage or residue and ensure all items are thoroughly clean before reuse
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety protocols at all times
- Support bakery team by restocking clean pans and equipment as needed
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm, fast-paced bakery environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
