Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with fellow care specialists to create a warm and supportive community environment.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living space for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster trust and transparency in care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Proven track record of monitoring and documenting residents' health status, with prompt reporting of changes.
