Splash Management LLC is looking to employ a Supervisor to learn and assist in the daily operations at our Newburgh, NY location. This is an evening supervisor position. The schedule is full time 5 day work week from 2:00pm-9:00pm.
Newly hired supervisors in our company learn through hands-on experience while on location, but will also attend Manager-in-Training classroom sessions to broaden their business knowledge, location financials, and company philosophy. This position will support the customer service advisors, and the assistant manager with sales, closing duties, and additional operations.
We're looking for someone who values teamwork, customer experience, and a clean car as much as we do. Open Availability is a must.
Benefits Include:
- Starting pay: $22/hr
-Easily earn over $24/hr through our bonus programs
- Full time 5 day work week 2:00pm-9:00pm with open availability on weekends
- Weekly Pay Checks
-Weekly commission
