Hey all , we are looking to hire someone to fulfill a couple different roles.

1: Go on customer appointments and perform inspections on our clients homes and make recommendations for repair work on their home. For your first month , you will ride along with our lead estimator and learn the ropes with someone right by your side. You don’t necessarily need experience in our field. We can train you on the job!

2: Once the project is sold, spend time at the various jobsites and make sure our teams are performing to our company standards for workmanship. Be the point of reference for the homeowner and help guide our team so they can succeed at a high level. For this role , you will spend time with our company owner and team so you can learn the trade and how our craft works!

The ideal candidate can present well to the homeowner from a sales and marketing prospective as well as enjoy being out in the field with the construction teams a couple days a week developing those relationships and being available to help our teams succeed.

Candidate must be comfortable loading and unloading a ladder from a truck for home inspections. Physical tasks also include climbing a ladder up to 16ft high to inspect siding and getting on residential roofs for inspection

We perform projects in Dayton, Cincinnati , and Columbus.
