Job Title: Trucking Administrator
Location: Las Vegas, NV

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Trucking billing specialist and dispatcher to join our growing transportation company. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the trucking or logistics industry and understands the complete billing process from dispatch through payment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Review and verify rate confirmations before billing.
- Collect and organize Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
- Bill detention and other accessorial charges.
- Submit invoices to brokers and direct customers
- Follow up on missing paperwork and unpaid invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with brokers and customers.
- Maintain accurate billing records and customer files.
- Work closely with dispatch and drivers to ensure complete documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of trucking or freight billing experience.
- Strong understanding of:

- Rate confirmations
- PODs (Proofs of Delivery)
- Detention and layover billing
- Broker invoicing
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
