What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment across your assigned 12-hour shift.
• Apply standard operating procedures and complete quality verifications as scheduled.
• Identify and escalate equipment concerns before they become downtime.
• Keep your workstation neat, organized, and audit-ready.
• Hit production targets while protecting quality at every step.

What You Bring

• Experience running machinery or equipment in manufacturing, agriculture, construction, automotive, or similar settings.
• Military background a plus—the discipline and teamwork fit perfectly.
• Track record of sticking with employers, building trust, and advancing over time.
• Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Physical readiness: 12 hours standing, lift up to 50 lbs, focused from start to finish.

Pay, Shifts, and Perks

• Pay: $21.50–$23.50 depending on shift
• Multiple shifts available
• All shifts are 12 hours
