I'm partnering with a collaborative, full-service law practice in Louisiana to identify attorneys for three opportunities across civil/business litigation, employment law, and criminal law.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Manage assigned cases and assist with all phases of litigation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials, as applicable.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel regarding case strategy and developments.
- Develop legal strategies, evaluate claims and defenses, and support favorable case outcomes.
- Maintain accurate case records, monitor deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

Qualifications:
\n

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Louisiana bar admission or eligibility appropriate to the position.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Interest or experience in the litigation practice area.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Salary and Other Compensation:
\n
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
