Job Description

Join a busy, multi-provider OB/GYN clinic as a Patient Service Representative supporting mixed OB/GYN services. This Monday–Friday role runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Located at 4901 Forest Park Ave., St. Louis, MO 63108, the position provides front desk and customer service support for patients and providers.

Responsibilities

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments for multiple providers.
Coordinate provider schedules and appointment needs.
Complete patient registration and insurance verification.
Provide professional front desk and customer service support.
Scan and fax documents.
Make patient reminder calls.

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in healthcare patient services.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epic Systems.
Medical scheduling experience.
Patient registration experience.
Insurance verification experience.
Customer service experience.
