Position Summary
The Transactional Associate Attorney provides legal counsel and representation to homeowner association clients on a wide range of transactional matters. This role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, advising clients on governance and operational issues, negotiating agreements, and maintaining regular client communication. The attorney will also participate in client education initiatives and business development activities.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Colorado.
Experience
- Approximately 7–10 years of progressively responsible transactional and/or litigation experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
- Real Estate Law
- Nonprofit Law
- Corporate Governance
- Contract Review and Negotiation
- Fair Housing Law
- Employment Law.
