Test Architect - Aircraft Onboard Platform and Application Systems

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Test Architect to lead QA strategy for an Aircraft Onboard Edge Compute Platform, focusing on reliability, security, automation, and cloud-edge integration.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Define test strategy, architecture, automation, and quality governance.

\n

• Lead functional, integration, API, system, regression, and E2E testing.

\n

• Validate Kubernetes/containerized applications, microservices, APIs, multi-tenancy, and edge deployments.

\n

• Lead testing for provisioning, OTA updates, performance, security, resiliency, failover, and disaster recovery.

\n

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.

\n

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n
• 10+ years QA/Quality Engineering; 5+ years as Test Architect/Lead.

\n

• Experience with Edge Computing, Cloud-Native, Distributed Systems, or Hosting Platforms.

\n

• Strong Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Linux, and Python experience.

\n

• Hands-on experience with test automation, microservices, APIs, and cloud-edge environments.

\n

• Knowledge of PyTest/Cucumber/Robot, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Jira/XRAY.

\n

• Experience with Embedded Systems, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is a plus.

\n

Ideal Background: Edge Computing, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure, Telecom/5G, Distributed Systems, or Aircraft/Embedded Platforms.
