Role Description Assistant Project Manager – Indianapolis, IN

O’Rourke Wrecking Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a large, long-term industrial project in Indianapolis.
\n
\n
This position will work closely with our project manager and field team to assist with:
\n
• Project documentation, daily reports and meeting minutes
\n
• RFIs, submittals, schedules and change-order tracking
\n
• Coordination with the owner, subcontractors and field personnel
\n
• Cost tracking, purchasing and invoice review
\n
• Safety, quality and project closeout requirements
\n
\n
The ideal candidate has construction project experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable working in both an office and active jobsite environment. Experience with demolition, environmental work or heavy industrial construction is a plus. Knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore and Microsoft Office is preferred.
