What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the critical link between our sales team and successful project delivery. Your role will involve overseeing every aspect of a project, from receipt of a sold job to final invoicing.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinating resources across departments to deliver outstanding results.
• Acting as the go-to problem solver for any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

• Specialized knowledge of the sign industry, including fabrication methods, installation processes, UL and NEC codes, and a solid understanding of basic to intermediate building construction.
• Proven experience: 3+ years in the sign industry managing diverse sign types, installations, equipment, and processes.

Skills and Qualities for Success

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of design software (Flexi, Adobe products, Corel Draw) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Working Environment

This role involves a mix of office, shop, and field work, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols. Daily tasks will vary and may include significant time in each environment.

Physical Requirements

While primarily a light-duty role, this position may occasionally require lifting heavy objects such as signs, materials, or equipment.
