What You'll Be Doing:
As a Host/Hostess at PBODY'S, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome. - Managing the seating chart to ensure smooth table turnover. - Escorting guests to their tables and providing menus. - Assisting with reservations and waitlists as needed. - Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow. - Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
