<li>Nursing home experience strongly preferred </li>
<li>Active Nurse Practitioner license in NJ </li>
<li>DEA license </li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner </li>
</ul>
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits </li>
<li>Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care </li>
<li>Provide full-scope primary care to residents </li>
</ul>
