What Will You Do? Customer Interaction: Engage with walk-in customers, providing clear and confident answers to their queries while upholding a welcoming disposition. Professional Atmosphere: Foster a professional environment, collaborating with customers and co-workers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Product Expertise: Acquire and impart knowledge about our products, promoting sales within the showroom. Sales Execution: Conduct sales transactions, manage deposits, and efficiently process orders with an attention to detail, especially concerning credit information. Organization: Keep shelves stocked in both the showroom and stockroom while managing routine administrative tasks.

We’re on the lookout for someone with:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Profound knowledge of customer service practices and ethics.
• A valid driver's license or identification card.
• Spanish language skills offer a competitive edge.
• Experience with janitorial, retail, or similar industries is advantageous.
• Proven cash handling experience.
• Proficient use of computers and familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking work environment.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Organizational excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
