Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a thriving transactional and commercial real estate practice at a highly respected law firm. With opportunities available across the firm's offices, this is a great opportunity for an attorney to build a sophisticated real estate practice while gaining substantial hands-on experience and meaningful client contact.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactional matters, allowing attorneys to develop well-rounded expertise across commercial real estate, finance, development, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Qualifications:

2+ years of transactional and commercial real estate experience

Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred

Strong work ethic and commitment to client service
Compensation: $205,000-$295,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
