 Tiny Life Homes is expanding and looking for a high energy, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team.&nbsp;
 Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling rv park model homes and HUD/manufactured homes</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience in sales; ideally real estate, and/or manufactured homes</li>
<li>Superior customer service skills including the ability to build rapport with customers</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and great listening skills</li>
<li>Strong computer skills including Gmail, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM platforms</li>
<li>Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic</li>
<li>Basic experience with financing transactions</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation
 Your passion to generate sales will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, commission driven pay plan. This is an excellent commission position and pay is based on how well you do.
