Automotive Product Specialist (Sales Consultant)

Paul Barnett Nissan is looking for a motivated and personable Product Specialist to join our sales team. This role is all about guiding customers through their vehicle purchase, providing product knowledge, and delivering a stress-free, enjoyable experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Specialist, you’ll focus on creating a positive and informative buying experience:
- Greet customers and build strong relationships
- Learn and present vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and options
- Follow up with leads, phone inquiries, and online customers
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to complete deals
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions

- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
- Comfortable with technology and customer follow-up systems
