\n • Set up and maintain project accounts to support accurate billing and financial reporting. \n
\n • Prepare, review, and submit client invoices. \n
\n • Perform project reviews, cost tracking, WIP analysis, and variance reporting. \n
\n • Manage accounts receivable, collections, and cash application discrepancies. \n
\n • Support project closeout activities and purchase order administration.\n Qualifications for the Project Accountant:\n \n • Associate degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred. \n
\n • 3-7 years of project accounting experience. \n
\n • Experience with billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.\n \n \n \n \n
