What You'll Be Doing
• Perform routine maintenance and basic vehicle inspections
• Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs
• Learn proper diagnostic and repair procedures through paid hands-on training
• Use tools and equipment properly and safely
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Follow shop procedures and proven systems
• Continue developing your automotive skills as part of a professional team
What We're Looking For
• Your own tools and toolbox (required)
• Basic automotive knowledge or previous hands-on experience
• Automotive school, vocational training, or shop experience is a plus (not required)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions, systems, and processes
