H3 Home Care Agency LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care services to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.

Our caregivers play an essential role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety in their own homes.

We are looking for responsible individuals who understand the importance of reliability, professionalism, and providing consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
  
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
  
  
• Assist with walking, mobility, and activities of daily living within the caregiver's training and assigned care plan.
  
  
• Prepare meals and assist with meal-related activities.
  
  
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other authorized household tasks.
  
  
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands when authorized.
  
  
• Observe and promptly report changes in participants' conditions or safety concerns.
  
  
• Follow established care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures.
  
  
• Accurately document services and complete required electronic visit verification (EVV) records.
  
  
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect participant confidentiality.
  
  
• Arrive on time and complete assigned shifts as scheduled.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to assigned schedules.
  
  
• Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of the position safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  
  
• Ability to follow written instructions and established care plans.
  
  
• Willingness to complete required background checks, onboarding, and training.
  
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish, depending on participant needs.
