Title Clerk Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Pay Rate: $20 - $22 p/hour depending on experience

Title Clerk Job Description:
- Process a variety of motor vehicle and driver licensing transactions, including registrations, title transfers, driver’s license renewals, replacements, address changes, temporary tags, and specialty plates.
- Assist members and customers by providing licensing guidance, answering inquiries, resolving transaction issues, and delivering exceptional customer service in person and by phone.
- Serve as a Notary Public, completing notarizations and maintaining accurate records in compliance with Pennsylvania laws and procedures.
- Review, prepare, and submit licensing documentation while coordinating with PennDOT, lienholders, and other agencies to ensure timely processing.
- Monitor transaction activity, troubleshoot errors, follow up on rejected applications, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards.
- Manage inventory of licensing supplies, registration products, forms, and license plates while maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper distribution, tracking, and return procedures.
Title Clerk Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service, administrative, licensing, title processing, or related office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process documentation, transactions, records, and payments while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania Notary Public certification.
