A job shop on the north side of Cincinnati is hiring a mid to senior CNC machinist. Prototype and small-to-medium production runs in an air-conditioned shop.
The work: set up and operate CNC lathes and/or vertical milling machines on Fanuc, Haas and Mazak controls. Editing G and M code at the control is part of the job; programming from scratch or CAM experience is a plus, not a requirement.
You bring: 3 to 5 or more years setting up and running CNC lathes or vertical mills. This is a hands-on setup role, not a button-pushing role. A reasonable commute to the north side of Cincinnati.
Pay and benefits: $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience, day shift with a flexible 6:00 to 7:00 am start, health, vision, 401(k), HSA, PTO and profit sharing.
