This is a New Car Dealership Body Shop and the BEST BRAND in the market!!!!

The person we are looking to bring to our team will be responsible for the daily operations of our Body Shop. Will be responsible to create a positive work environment for both our customers and employees. They will train and motivate every team member and help them grow to be the very best at their job.

You should be a process driven person that understands what it means to communicate with customers and employees along with obtaining goals set for the department with a game plan to achieve.

Must have experience running a Body Shop and understand every position on the team and be able to assist as needed.

From writing Estimates to Body Work to Prepping and Painting along with Billing and Account Receivables are to name a few.

We need a leader!! Not someone barking orders.
