Job Overview: The purpose of the Finisher role is to deliver a clean vehicle in accordance with our established processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness: Clean vehicles according to the finishing process, adhering to established procedures.
- Speed: Perform duties swiftly and accurately, ensuring timely processing of vehicles.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the finishing area in a clean and debris-free condition to enhance customer experience and safety.
- Friendliness: Increase customer satisfaction by recording a higher number of smiles and providing friendly interactions.
- Quality: Reduce the number of customer complaints by consistently delivering high-quality results.
By focusing on these key responsibilities, the Finisher plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit to our car wash.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and follow established procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.

Since then, we've expanded our reach, acquiring the former Hamilton Mill Car Wash in November 2020 and opened our newest location in Alpharetta in January 2024. We’re excited about the future and are looking for select individuals to help us grow.
