You'll work independently in the field while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to continue growing their career with a company that promotes from within.Primary ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical systemsInstall electrical panels, breakers, circuits, switches, receptacles, lighting, and related equipmentComplete service upgrades, remodel work, additions, and renovation projectsTroubleshoot electrical problems and recommend effective solutionsRead blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematicsEnsure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local regulationsCommunicate professionally with homeowners, builders, inspectors, and office personnelMaintain accurate service records and job documentationKeep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organizedAssist in training and mentoring apprentice electricians as neededFollow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures at all timesQualificationsMinimum of five years of residential and light commercial electrical experienceValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsWorking knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprintsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyDependable, organized, and committed to producing high-quality workPreferred ExperienceElectrical panel replacements and upgradesWhole-home surge protectionResidential service workRemodeling and renovation projectsGenerator installation and serviceLight commercial electrical systemsHVAC electrical controls (preferred)Permitting and inspection coordinationWhy Join Quality Service Company?Since 2003, Quality Service Company has built its reputation by delivering outstanding service while investing in its employees.
