Job DescriptionLifeguards are being hired for our 2026 summer season at Warwick Hills Golf &amp; Country Club. Opening day is Friday, May 22nd. Warwick Hills features a heated 6-lane swimming pool with a 3-foot shallow end and 10-foot diving area. Hiring is dependent on a background check. Lifeguard Requirements/Skills

<li>Lifeguard Certification or proof of enrollment</li>
<li>Age 16+</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities</li>
<li>Demonstrates sound judgment and effective decision-making skills</li>
</ul>
LIfeguard Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Uphold and enforce all Clubhouse and Pool/Cabana policies and procedures</li>
<li>&nbsp;Promote and maintain a safe environment for all members and guests</li>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee swim meets, events, and daily pool activities</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the pool and locker room areas</li>
<li>&nbsp;Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities</li>
