Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We're growing our team and looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in living safe, meaningful, and independent lives.

Available Schedule Options
Choose from one of the following set schedules:
- Sunday through Wednesday
- Wednesday through Saturday
Shifts may include a combination of:
- 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Overnight)
- 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Weekend Days)
Schedule Requirements
All DSPs are required to work:
- One overnight shift each week
- One weekend shift each week
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with people to support daily living and community participation
- Encourage skills that promote independence, self-advocacy, and inclusion
- Provide support with routines, personal care, cooking, and activities that build confidence
- Create opportunities for people to thrive at home, at work, and in their community

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have a proven work history
- Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting
- Must be available to work various shifts
- Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles
- One year working in the field of human services preferred
