Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients’ psychological needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

- Manage a diverse caseload of clients with various psychological disorders, ensuring they receive the appropriate interventions and support.
- Exhibit advanced clinical skills by assessing patients and their families, determining eligibility for psychological intervention, and collaboratively developing comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques effectively when faced with acute psychological emergencies, working to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.
- Create and maintain accurate treatment logs and progress notes to ensure continuity of care, adhering to legal and organizational standards.
- Provide educational resources and participatory programs for patients and their families to promote understanding of mental health issues and facilitate recovery.
- Regularly re-evaluate clients’ progress and adjustment of treatment plans to meet changing needs, ensuring a dynamic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor’s Degree is required; candidates with a Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling are preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings is required, showcasing your ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- Applicants must possess active licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, Quail Run offers a robust benefits package, including:

- Flexible work hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, allowing you to decide your own schedule.
