As a Store Associate, you will support customers throughout their shopping experience by providing checkout assistance, helping with order pickups, processing returns and exchanges, and maintaining an organized store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, with opportunities for cross-training across departments and advancement to Senior Store Associate.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service and checkout support.
- Operate the cash register and point-of-sale systems.
- Assist customers with order pickups.
- Process returns and exchanges accurately.
- Handle cash according to store procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in retail sales.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
