Lawn Maintenance Foreman
Business location is in Savage, MN
Starting at $25+/hour (DOE) with competitive pay based on experience
*60 day review for attendance and quality.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a lawn maintenance crew.
- Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services safely and efficiently.
- Inspect the work performed to ensure the quality results are met with contracted services.
- Coach crew members while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Represent Outdoor Environments with professionalism on every job site.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Current DOT Health card or willingness to obtain one.
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.
