Lawn Maintenance Foreman
Business location is in Savage, MN
Starting at $25+/hour (DOE) with competitive pay based on experience
*60 day review for attendance and quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a lawn maintenance crew.
  • Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect the work performed to ensure the quality results are met with contracted services.
  • Coach crew members while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Represent Outdoor Environments with professionalism on every job site.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
  • Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Current DOT Health card or willingness to obtain one.
  • Someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.
