Radiation Oncology Faculty Position

Become a part of our physician-led team at our radiation oncology satellite clinics located in Clarksville and Spring Hill, TN.

• Enjoy living in or around Nashville with a commute of less than 45 minutes.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Participate in a shared weekly on-call rotation with a group of six, primarily via phone, with rare on-site requirements.
• Role composition: 90% clinical responsibilities and 10% academic involvement.
• Compensation includes a base salary, productivity incentives (with no cap), and an academic bonus.
• Receive a $20,000 signing bonus and up to $15,000 for relocation expenses.

Position Highlights

• Spend three days a week in Clarksville, a bustling multi-provider setting, and two days in Spring Hill, which offers a more tranquil and independent pace. Current faculty members appreciate this balance as a key benefit of the role.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of five radiation oncology physicians who rotate among five satellite locations, fostering a close-knit culture with outstanding employee satisfaction ratings.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including upgraded TrueBeam systems at both sites, and have direct access to Adaptive Radiotherapy, SBRT, SRS, IMRT, and brachytherapy, all supported by Aria software and Epic EMR with integrated AI scribe.
• Experience seamless integration with fully coordinated physics, dosimetry, and departmental chart rounds, ensuring robust support from the main Nashville campus.
• Enjoy light on-call duties with a rotating schedule of 1:6, primarily handled via phone, with minimal on-site presence required, shared among the satellite clinic physicians.
• Hold an academic faculty position at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, with research opportunities available for interested candidates.

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
